Delicious, oil-free cabbage salad with almonds and sesame

Ingredients
4 c shredded red cabbage4 c shredded green cabbage8 scallions1/2 c toasted almonds (I use ground, but you can use slivered or chopped)1/2 c toasted sesame seeds2 T tamari (or soy) sauce1/4 c vinegar1 t salt1 t pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
