1 lg onion chopped1 green pepper chopped1T olive oil1 T chopped garlic1 19.2 oz lean ground turkey2 28 oz cans stewed tomatoes3 15 oz cans dk red kidney beanschile powder to taste1 chopped dried hot pepper (I dried from my summer garden)cilantro to taste
add olive oil, chopped onion and green pepper to pan...cook until onion translucent. Add Turke and cook until no longer pink..stiring often. Add the remaining ingredients and and simmer for thirty minutes.
