Mushroom & Onion Hot Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1 cup onion1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms2 cups chicken stock, low sodium2 tsp Siracha hot chili sauce, or to taste
Directions
Thinly slice onions and mushrooms. Saute onions in olive oil until translucent. Add chicken stock and mushrooms. Simmer til onions and mushrooms tender. Add 2 tsp siracha hot chili sauce - or to taste.

Makes approx 2 1-cup servings.
