Homemade Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Tru Roots Sprouted Bean Trio8 boneless skinless chicken tenders - cooked & chopped1 can organic diced tomatoes (don't drain)3 cloves garlic - minced1 carton organic, low sodium chicken broth (I use Imagine brand)1/4 sweet onion - chopped and cooked in 1tsp ovoo2 TB Bragg Liquid Aminos (or Tamari would work, too)1 tsp Herbs d'Provence 1 bay leaf (remove before serving!)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and cook over low for 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
