artichoke walnut pesto pasta

Ingredients
1 lb whole wheat spaghetti1/3 cup walnuts1 - 15oz. can artichoke hearts, drained1 large garlic clove1 lemon, zestedflat leafed parsley sprinkled1/3 cup parmesan, shredded1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
1. Boil noodles according to directions
2. Toast nut in dry skillet over med high heat until lightly browned
3.Place rest of ingredients exept oil in food processor. Turn on slowly add in olive oil until thick and pasty.
4. Add pesto to warm noodles. Toss well.
