Oat-Nana Pancakes

Ingredients
Oats, 2 cups (1 blended + 1 old fashioned oatmeal)Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Egg whites, 5 Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tbspBrown Sugar, 2 tspBanana, 1 cup, mashedOlive Oil, 2 tsp
Directions
mix all dry ingredients separated from the liquid, then mix them all together.
Heat a medium size pan and place 4 spoons of the mix, cook each side 1 to 2 minutes or until brown.
serve with maple non-sugar syrup!
