4 Cups sliced celery2 LBS frozen asian stir fry veggies12 OZ frozen sugar snap peas4 Cups water2 TBSP molasses1/2 Cup low sodium soy sauce1 LB frozen medium shrimp (deveined & peeled)4 TBSP corn starch
1) If using raw meat, cut into bite sized pieces and pkace in bottom of crockpot. If using shrimp or pre-cooked meat, add to crockpot one hour before serving.
2) Add veggies, molasses, soy sauce and water to crockpot. (If not worried about salt, add bulliion or envelope of onion soup mix).
3) Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
4) Mix cornstarch with enough water to make a loose paste and mix into crockpot to thicken sauce (let cook for another 1/2 hour...cornstarch does not fully thicken until it boils).
5) Serve over cooked rice or asian noodles (not factored into recipe nutritional totals).
