Kristine's Ham and Pinto Bean Soup

Ingredients
64 oz Swanson Organic Chicken Broth6.5 oz of sliced ham from the deli, cubed1 cup dried pinto beans1.5 cup onion, finely diced1 cup carrots, finely chopped2 cups celery, finely choppedbasil and bay leaf to taste
Directions
soak pinto beans in water overnight, drain and rinse. Add to broth in large soup pan. Add all ingredients and simmer for 1.5 hours or until beans are tender.
