Ingredients
2 lbs. extra lean ground beef1 medium onion1 medium green pepper1/4 c. bread crumbs1 egg2 c. ragu sauce6 mini sub buns
Directions
Mix ground beef, 1/2 onion, bread crumbs, and egg in bowl. Add any seasoning you might want. I use garlic salt and pepper. Roll into balls and cook in a skillet until done. Add green pepper and onion to skillet. Saute until cooked through. Add ragu and cook til heated. Serve on sub buns.
