1 pkg Harvest Farms Organic, Gluten Free Brown Rice2 pkg Kitchen Basics Gluten Free Chicken Stock2 tbsp Better Than Bullion Chicken Base2 cups tap water
In the bottom of a large covered roaster, place 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Add all of the rice (32 oz). Stir constantly over high heat until rice kernels are lightly browned. Add two chicken stock (64 oz) plus 16 oz of tap water and 2 tbsp Chicken Base. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook covered for 35 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with a fork and serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
