Cheese Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. all-purpose potatoes.- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter- 1 cup shredded american cheese- 2 tbsp. mustard- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise- 1 tsp. Salt- 1/2 tsp. pepper-1 tsp. oregano
Directions
1- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
2- Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut in medium cubes.
3- In a 13×9-inch baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients.
4- Bake, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender golden brown.
