Simple Dutch Babies (German Pancake)

Ingredients
6 large eggs1 c flour1 c 1% milk2 T butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Melt butter in 9x13 dish preheating in oven.
Mix eggs, flour and milk in blender until smooth.
Make sure 9x13 is coated with melted butter.
Pour mixture into preheated 9x13.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cut into six pieces and serve immediately.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings from 9x13 pan.
