Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cups Green Cabbage, sliced into 1/2" strips
    3/4 cup Red Cabbage, sliced into 1/2" strips
    1 T Butter
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions

Chopped cabbage into strips. Melt butter at medium heat in large skillet. Add cabbage and lower heat to just below medium. Add salt and pepper to taste about 5 minutes into cooking. Stir occasionally until cabbage is wilted, translucent, but still firm to the bite.

Enjoy warm! Makes about 4 servings.
