Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips(remove)Garlic, 3 cloves(remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium(remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)(remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced(remove)Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb(remove)Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup(remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)Salt , Pepper
Directions
Brown onions, garlic, celery,green pepper Place in the slow cooker. Braise the pot roast on both sides for 2 min till brown. Place all the other indgerdients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook
