Homemade Tortillas

Ingredients
3/4 cup cornmeal3/4 cup cornstarch1 cup milk2 large eggs1 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
12 6 inch tortillas
Mix cornmeal and cornstarch.
Add all the other ingredients, whisk together.
Put one soup ladel of the batter into a preheated non-stick skillet.
Turn the skillet so the batter covers the entire bottom of the skillet.
Wait until the top of the tortilla is almost dry then flip.

The tortillas do not reheat well.
