Ingredients
80% lean ground beef 2 lbsbrown gravy 0.5 cupcaramelized onions 1/2caramelized green bell pepper 1/21 Tsp of margarine
Directions
serving size 3 oz.
pat out ya ground beef into 30z patties , grill each side to your desired. In skillet add margarine and onions and peppers, cook on low. add flour and water to make the gravy, add salt and pepper for taste.
cook til boiling, reduce heat,
pour mixture over hamburger
