6 cups of hot water5 tsp of chicken bouillon3/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. pepper4 oz of whole Grain Thin Spaghetti (barilla) Like Angel hair1 cup of thinly diced carrots1 1/2 cups of chopped mushrooms1 cup thinly diced celery1 egg beat with 2 egg whites
On Stovetop bring water to boil in medium sauce pan with first 3 ingredients mixed in.
Put the Spaghetti in for a minute then add rest of ingredients for an additional 2 minutes. Make sure to stir the eggs in so it gets evenly distributed. Enjoy!
