Frozen berry yoghurt

Ingredients
3 cups frozen berries2 cups fat free yoghurt1 tsp vanilla essence1/3 cup sugar (or less to taste)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in food processor.

Churn in icecream maker according to manufacturer's directions.

Decant into a container and store in the freezer.

Serving Size: Makes at least 20 serves to accompany buttermilk pancakes
