Celery, cooked, 1 cup, dicedOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 cloveTofu, firm, .75 blockCashew Nuts, dry roasted, .25 cup, halves and wholeBob's Red Mill TVP, 0.25 cupOats, 1.25 cupSoy sauce (tamari), 3 tbsp*Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tspParsley, dried, 1 tbspSage, ground, .5 tspThyme, ground, .5 tspRosemary, dried, .5 tsp
Hydrate TVP with 1c. water or broth
Sweat celery, onion, and garlic
Add to all other ingredients
Mush together and put into sprayed loaf pan
Top with extra Ketchup if wanted
Bake @ 375 degrees F for 60 min.
