Potato Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
2 Tbsp salted butter1 1/2 cups chopped onions1/3 tsp minced garlic4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth2 1/2 medium chopped potatoes3 cups fresh broccoli florets or chopped broccoli
Directions
Cook onions until soft in butter.
Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth.
Add potatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook another 7-10 minutes until all veggies are cooked to desired tenderness.
Pull from heat for 5 minutes.
Splash skim milk in and stir.
Enjoy.
