Easy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 cups of Tomato juice1 cup of Skim milk1 tbsp of All purpose flour1.5 tbsp of Onion flakes or 1/4 small onion1 tbsp of Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Directions
Saute onions in buttery spread until translucent. Remove from heat and whisk in flour until smooth (no lumps).
Return to heat and slowly whisk in tomato juice.
Heat to just boiling.
Turn heat off and let sit for 10 minutes.
Stir in milk.
Enjoy with crackers or grill cheese sandwich. :)
