Crab Stuffed Porkchops

2 Boneless centercut porkchops3 0z. crabmeat1/2 cup chopped mushrooms4 T. chopped onions 1 T. lowfat mayonaiseSalt and pepper to tastePanko breadcrumbsGarlic powder
Slice porkchops most of the way through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Mix crabmeat, onions, and mushrooms together. Mix together with lowfat mayonaise.
Place half the mixture in each porkchop and close with toothpicks. Roll porchops in panko breadcrumbs.
Place in pan sprayed with cooking spray, and bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 stuufed chop
