Italian Gluten Free Spagetti Sauce

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 5 clove minced 3 cans (29 oz) Pureed Tomatoes 1 can Tomato Paste, (6 oz) 1 large can (29 oz) Crushed Tomatoes 4 tbsp Basil 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Simmer Olive oil minced garlic and 1/2 the basil in large sauce pan. After garlic tender add puree tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, paste and rest of basil. Mix in sugar. Cook on medium to low for 2-3 hours. Stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: This feeds a big family. 1/2 cup sauce per serving= 40 servings
