Crunch, Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

1 cup corn flakes (or corn flake crumbs)1 cup bread crumbs1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp ground allspice3 tbsp vegetable oil1.5 lbs chicken breast tenders1/3 cup all purpose flour2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 375
In shallow dish pour in corn flakes and crush with hands, if not using corn flake crumbs. Mix in bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and allspice. Drizzle 3 tbsp oil evenly over the breading, tossing and turning it to mix the oil all through the crumb mixture.
Turn the chicken in flour, eggs, and then the breading mixture. Arrange chicken on nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and brown all over.
