Stir fried Tempeh & Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 8oz package Tempeh1 cup white mushrooms1 cup shitake mushrooms1/2 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes4 green onions, sliced2 cloves garlc pressed or slivered1 Tbsp sesame oil2 Tbsp soy sauce2 Tbsp Teriyake saucesalt to taste
Directions
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Add tempeh & garlic and cook until browned. Add mushrooms and continuse cooking until tender. Drizzle soy & teriyake and mix flavor through. Salt to taste. Before serving, add tomatoes & half of green onions. Cook for additional minute- till they are soft but not mushy. Sprinkle remaining green onion over top as garnisn before serving. Makes 4 servings

    Really yummy, but I would probably make with more mushrooms next time. I also used all the green onions in the recipe and didn't use as a garnish. - 3/13/13
