Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup grated cauliflower2 TBSP shredded mozzarella4 TBSP liquid egg whites1/2 tsp garlic1 tsp oregano
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
Grate cauliflower then microwave cauliflower for 8 minutes, no need to add water.
Stir together cauliflower,egg and cheese. Add oregano and garlic.
Place on a sprayed baking sheet and form into a pizza crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with cooked toppings and broil until cheese is melted.
