Meat Loaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef8 slices Sara Lee Whole Wheat bread (ground up for bread crumbs)2 eggs1 can diced tomatoes1 medium onion diced3 cloves garlic mincedsalt and pepper to tasteoptional: Ketchup
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Then place a serving inside 12 muffin tins. These will be filled to the top without going over. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 muffins = 1 serving (recipe makes 6 servings.
