Lamb Fried Rice

Ingredients
lamb, cubed (3oz)bean sprouts (2 cups)mushrooms (Mitake and Japanese small button)onion (small)brown rice (1 cup)2 eggs (beaten)olive oil (2Tbsp)garlicsalt peppersoy sauce
Directions
In saucepan, saute onions, meat and mushrooms. In a separate pan, cook scarmbled egg and add to meat mixture. Add beansprouts, One cup brown rice and soy sauce. Heat through for 5 minutes and serve.
