Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl:1 c. whole grain PASTRY flour1 Tbsp. Sugar1 tsp. Baking powder¼ tsp. Salt¼ tsp. Baking sodaIn another bowl, mix together1 beaten omega-3 egg1 c. buttermilk2 Tbsp. Canola oil
Directions
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Add any extras: blueberries, pecans, etc.
