Cajun Fish Soup

Ingredients
12 oz fresh or frozen skinless cod or haddock12 oz fresh or frozen peeled & deveined medium shrimp1 T cajun seasoning3 - 14 oz chicken broth reduced sodium2 tsp lime peel1 T lime juice1 T soy saucefew dashes of hot sauce (optional)4 green onions, thinly sliced2 T snipped cilantro leaves
Directions
in a bowl, mix shrimp and fish (cut into bite sized pieces) with cajun seasoning.
in a 4 qt stock pot, stir together the broth, lime peel, lime juice, soy sauce and hot sauce. bring to a boil; reduce heat. add fish, shrimp, scallions and cilantro. it will only take about 2-3 minutes to cook fish and shrimp.
