Coconut Cookies

Ingredients
-4oz single serve container ofOriginal Apple sauce-1/2 cup of brown sugar-1/2 cup of white sugar-1 egg-1 1/4 cup of flour-1/2 TSP of baking soda-1/4 TSP of salt-1/2 TSP Vanilla-1/4 TSP of ground cinnamon-1 cup of sweetned coconut flakes-1/4 cup of sweetened coconut flakes for garnish
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Mix Applesauce, brown sugar, sugar, and egg in a large bowl until fully mixed
-In a seperate medium sized bowl mix together flour, baking soda, and salt
-Gradually add the flour mixture to the large bowl with other ingredient, mix together well
-Add Vanilla Extract and Cinnamon and mix
-Spray Baking sheet with Nonstick spray
-Drop rounded teaspoons onto Tray 2-3 inches apart, This should make about 26 cookies
-With remaining 1/4 cup of coconut sprinkle coconut on top of each cookie dough drop before putting in oven
-Bake 10-13 minutes- You want the cookies to look a dark golden brown, make sure bottoms do not burn but you want them well cooked so the outside will be a little crispy since inside is a softer texture
