Ingredients
18 English Muffins toasted and cubed4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese16 cups Egg Beaters20 cups Skim Milk6 tsp Yellow Mustard1 cup Sauteed Diced Onion20 Veggie Sausage diced
Directions
Place cubed toasted Engilsh Muffins in greased long deep hotel pans. (Divide evenly between two pans. Crumble diced veggie sausage over muffins. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour over muffins and sausage. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set. Internal temperature must reach a minimum of 165 degrees.
