Bean/Barley Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 T olive oil1/2 med onion2 celery stalks21 oz hamburger2 eggs1 c cooked barley1 c cooked black beans1/2 c italian dressing1 c seasoned bread crumbs10 T ketchup3 t mustard
Directions
Cook the onion and celery in the olive oil in an iron skillet. Add to lg bowl with all other ingredients EXCEPT
3 T ketchup and 1 t mustard to use as a glaze before baking. Mix well and return to iron skillet. Glaze top and bake for 45 mins at 325 degrees.
