Country Not Fried Steak w/ Gravy

4 Cubbed steaks1 Cup of Chicken Broth or Prepared Bouillon2 Eggs or 4 Egg Whites1 Cup of Seasoned Flour, or 1 Cup White or Wheat Flour mixed with 2 tsp Seasoned SaltI Can't Believe It's Not Butter SrayPioneer Peppered Gravy2 cups of Water
Preheat over to 425. Beat eggs or whites in a bowl. Place flour in a seperate bowl for dredging. Coat the steak well with egg and then roll in flour until covered. Pour 1/2 to 1 cup of the broth in the bottom of the pan ,depending on pan size, around the steak not directly on top or it will wash away the flour mixture. Sray each steak with the Can't Believe It's not Butter Spary until the flour is slightly moist. Bake for 30 min to 1 hr or until the meat is done and broth has evaporated. Prepare the Peppered gravy as indicated on the package. Pioneer brand bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Mix gravy mix with the remaining 1/2 cup of water. Pour the mix into the boiling water and whisk continuously til slightly thick. Pour over the steaks and return to oven for about 10 more minutes. This is a great recipe. It tastes just like traditional country or chicken fried steak but without all the added calories of butter and grease.
