Ingredients
18 Saltine Crackers1 7.1 oz package Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon1/4 Large Onion1 Extra Large Egg1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Crush all saltine crackers and chop up the onion. Combine the crackers, onion, salmon, and egg in a bowl. Form 4 patties. Heat pan on medium heat. Put 1 tablespoon olive oil in the pan and place the patties in it. Cook for about 10 min flipping each one often.
