Broccoli-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
CHIPS3 mini whole wheat pitasDIP14 oz artichoke hearts drained1/4 mayo1 clove garlic10 oz frozen broccoli1/2 cup ricotta1/4 cup shredded parm
Directions
preheat 350
cut pita in half by cutting around edges, make 2 rounds, stack rounds, cut into 8 wedges
rough side down on baking sheets
bake until crisp - 10 minutes
DIP
process artichokes, mayo and garlic until smooth, add broccoli and ricotta, pulse to form chunky dip.
scrape into 9" pie plate, sprinkle w/ parm, bake for 30 minutes.
