4 ripe but hard banana 8 wooden sticks, 3 tablespoons chopped slightly salted peanuts, 170 g of finely chopped black (60-70 per cent. Cacao) chocolate.
Peel bananas and cut crosswise into two pieces. In a half of each stick a stick. Put on a tray, cover with foil and place in freezer (approx. 3 hours).
Add the nuts to a plate or shallow bowl. In another bowl over boiling water (the lower the temperature the better), stirring quickly melt chocolate. With chocolate container does not touch the water.
Pour the chocolate in a tall glass, soak the bananas and immediately roll over the nuts. Arrange on a tray covered with baking paper.
