Slow Cooker Mango Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 mango, peeled & chopped1 onion, choppedgreen & red pepper, choppedgarliccelery (optional)carrots (optional)1 c. chicken broth1TB teriyaki or soy sauce1/2 TB curry powder1/2 TB balti1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp - 1 tsp each of onion & garlic powder
Directions
Place all veggies in slow cooker. Rinse chicken breasts, layer on top of veggies. Combine broth, teriyaki & seasonings & pour over all. Cook for 4-6 hours on high or longer on low.
