ITS TIME FOR VEGAN!1/4 cup of olive oil4-5 cloves of minced garlic1 pkg (14 ounces) of soft/silky tofu1/4 cup green onions chopped1/4 cup of fresh basil chopped1/4 cup of fresh parsley chopped1/2 - 1 tsp of black pepper salt to taste ( I don't add salt but do so if you prefer it)
lightly brown garlic on oil. let it cool.
add the tofu and cooled garlic/oil to your food processor or blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Add water to adjust consistency, put tofu mixture in the saucepan, add green onions and heat on low for 10 minutes.
Add basil, parsley salt(optional) and pepper heat for another 3 minutes and serve over the brown rice pasta.
Serving Size: makes 6 - 1 cup servings
