2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup1 can Healthy Request Cheddar cheese soup1 cup water1 tsp garlic powder1 pounds chicken breasts, no skin1medium onion, peeled and chopped1 TBSP parsley
Mix soup, water,onion, parsley, and garlic powder in crockpot. Add chicken. Cook on low about 4 hours. Remove chicken and shred it. Add shredded chicken back to soup mixture and stir in. Add 16 oz. package of frozen mixed veggies. Stir well. Allow to continue cooking on low for about an hour.
Serve over rice. Yum!
