Curried Chicken Salad & Grape Sandwich Filling (100g serving)

Ingredients
250g cooked chicken breast, cubed100g grapes, halves1/4 c. light mayo1 tbsp curry powderCube 250g of cooked chicken breast into bite size pieces. Add 1/4 c. mayo to the chicken, turning to coat. Mix in 1 tbsp curry powder. Gently fold in grapes. Spread 100g onto your favorite carb (crackers, wrap, wheat bread) and enjoy!
Directions
Use pre-cooked chicken breast to speed up prep time. Cook your own chicken (60 mins at a simmer) if you've got the time! (see tips)
