1 Frozen ready to bake pie crust4 eggs1 cup Almond Milk (or skim)1 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese4 oz diced Smoked Sausage1/2 to 1 cup chopped onionsalt & pepper to tastecajun seasoning to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350. Place pie shell in pie pan. Dice sausage and onion and heat in skillet on stove until onions are translucent. Spread sausage/onion mix and both cheeses across crust evenly.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning in bowl until mixed well. Pour over sausage, onion and cheese in pie shell.
Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
