Healthy Veggie Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs. lean gr. beef, browned & drained1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped celery3 cups chopped cabbage1 20 oz. can diced tomatoes1 sml. can tomato paste1 8oz. can tomato sauce4 c. low-sodium beef broth2 c. water1 lg. bag of frozen vegetables1 Tbsp. choppped garlicsquirt of ketchup1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Brown & drain ground beef. Add beef broth, water, sauce, paste and tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. Add onion, celery, cabbage, garlic, ketchup & pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer. When the cabbage, celery, and onions are tender.....add frozen veggies.
