Cheesey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 head Cauliflower (chopped)2 crowns Broccoli (chopped)1 Turnip (diced)4 cups Chicken Broth (I use bouillon and water)4 cups Vegetable Broth (I use bouillon and water)1 Leeks (chopped)1 16 oz Velveeta Cheese Product (cubed)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the cheese product in a crockpot and cook in high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Add cheese one hour prior to serving. Stir frequently before serving.
