Quick and Easy "Good Fat" Salad

2 tomatoes, chopped1 avocado, cubed1/4 cup sliced black olives1/4 cup chopped pecans2 T. light balsamic vinaigrette (I use Newman's Own Lighten Up! Balsamic Vinaigrette, but you could really use any kind of light vinaigrette that you like.)Salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredients and enjoy! This salad tastes great immediately, or you can let it marinate for a while. Of course, if you like it as much as I do, it won't last long enough to marinate!
