1 lb ground turkey1 can tomato soup1/2 cup salsa of your choice1/2 cup water3 large whole wheat tortillas2 cups shredded mexican 4 cheese
Brown ground turkey in large skillet. Add soup, salsa, water and tortillas to browned turkey. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Top with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Serve
