Quinoa Seafood Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1 1/2 cups uncooked Quinoa 1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers 1/2 cup chopped Onions1 1/2 cups Imitation crab meat1/2 cup chopped CeleryRomaine LettuceDressing:4 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar1 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
Directions
Cook and cool the Quinoa according to package instructions. Add in all the other ingredients. Combine the salad dressing ingredients and pour over top.
