1 large onion1 1/2 cup carrot5 med. potatoes1 med head cabbage1 # lean ground beef1 can kidney beans1 8 oz can tomato saucesalt and pepper to taste
Cut up all ingredients into bite size, not diced. Put in large pot and cover with water. When carrots and potatoes are almost tender(about 20 min) add the burger by tearing off some chunks and dropping into the soup raw. Wait 5 min. then add kidney beans. Slow simmer another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
