Black Bean Salsa

Drain and rinse 2 cans whole, unseasoned black beans plus 1 small can whole kernel corn.Pour the beans and corn into a bowl or gallon size freezer bag.Add: 1/2 jar of chunky salsa (heat is up to you)1 small can diced green chilesTo taste:brown sugarcayenne powderchili powderStir, and keep in the refrigerator. Great with high fiber tortillas and chicken breast as a meal or as a side dish.
