Introduction

Very easy salsa to make and to adjust to your heat level! Very easy salsa to make and to adjust to your heat level!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cans of Rotel Tomatoes (choose between mild, original, and hot in any combination to get your desired heat level)
    1 tsp Minced Garlic
    1 small Red Onion
    Cilantro to taste (about 2 Tbs.)

Directions

Drain tomatoes
Add all ingredients to food processor or blender
Mix to desired consistency
Makes approximately 6 1/3-cup servings
